These terms apply when you buy a digital product from milliepoppins.com, including the Maternity Agreement Master Template. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
This website is run by Millie Poppins Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company number: 12590440
- Registered address: 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT
- Email: [email protected]
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Millie Poppins Ltd. “You” means the person buying the product.
Our products
Our digital products are templates and resources created for maternity professionals, based on our own professional experience.
The Maternity Agreement Master Template is supplied as an editable Word document and a PDF. It is a starting point for you to adapt to your own work and each booking.
Not legal advice
Our templates are not legal advice, and we are not solicitors. They are based on our own experience of working in private maternity care. You are responsible for checking that any agreement you use is right for your situation, and we recommend having it reviewed by a qualified solicitor before you use it with a client. This is especially important for bookings outside England and Wales.
Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
We may change our prices at any time, but this won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery
Digital products are available to download immediately after payment. You’ll be able to download your files from the order confirmation page, and you’ll also receive an email with your download links.
Download links can be used up to 5 times. If you have any trouble downloading your files, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help.
Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, as long as you have agreed to this first.
At checkout, you’ll be asked to confirm that you want immediate access to your download and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins. This means we are not able to offer refunds once your product has been downloaded.
Faulty files
This doesn’t affect your legal rights. If a file is faulty, damaged, won’t open, or isn’t as described, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you a replacement. If we can’t fix the problem, you may be entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Using our products
When you buy a product, we give you a personal licence to use it in your own professional practice. This means:
You can:
- edit and adapt the template for your own bookings and clients
- use it as many times as you like for your own work
- print copies for you and your clients to sign
You can’t:
- share, forward, or give the template (or any part of it) to anyone else
- resell, republish, or distribute it, whether edited or not
- use it in any teaching, training, course, or workshop without our written permission
- claim it as your own work or remove our copyright notice
For your personal use only. Not to be shared, resold, or used in any teaching or training without written permission.
Copyright
All our products and the content on this website belong to Millie Poppins Ltd and are protected by copyright. © 2026 Millie Poppins. All rights reserved.
If we find that a product has been shared or used in breach of these terms, we may take action to protect our work.
Liability
We take care to make our products accurate and useful, but they are templates and each booking is different. We are not responsible for how you choose to use a template, the terms you agree with your clients, or any dispute between you and a client.
Our total responsibility to you for any product will not be more than the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your information
We use your details only to process your order, send you your files, and contact you about your purchase. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page at the time you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
