I chat to hundreds of mums, just like you, often on a weekly basis. And I’ve seen what happens when I ask the right question, at the right time. When all the walls of pretense come crashing down and the real human connection happens.

We start talking about those ‘taboo’ or misunderstood topics surrounding motherhood that take up a lot of headspace but are rarely spoken about. Things like: Mum-shaming. Co-sleeping. Even, mummy influencers. 

So, I started writing about the themes that kept cropping up time and time again which created this blog – a safe space where you can stay a while, take what you need, and leave feeling a little less burdened and a lot more confident caring for yourself and your baby.
